- Право на закрытие любой темы, если она исчерпала себя;
- Право на удаление, закрытие и перемещение любых тем в своем разделе, нарушающих "Правила форума и правила того или иного раздела «megasofts.org.ua»"

2. Права модераторов по отношению к посетителям модерируемого ими раздела и форума в целом:

- Модератор имеет право указывать посетителю модерируемого им раздела на допущенную данным участником ошибку, ссылаясь на « Правила Форума megasofts.org.ua» и/или дополнительные правила конкретного форума или категории.
- Модератор имеет право редактировать названия тем, созданных пользователями форума, если в названии допущена грамматическая ошибка, если название темы не отражает суть темы(при этом он не обязан предупреждать пользователя об исправлении - это лишь ему рекомендуется, дабы исключить возникновение конфликтных ситуаций);
- Модератор имеет право редактировать сообщение пользователя в своем разделе и на форуме в целом, нарушающее любой пункт правил нашего форума;

Модератор может "заблокировать" аккаунт любого участника, грубо, преднамеренно или не в первый раз, нарушившего Правила форума. Причем, модератор может "забанить" любого нарушителя, независимо от того, в каком разделе он совершил серьезное нарушение(я)!!! Кроме того, модератор может "заблокировать" любого пользователя, зарегистрировавшегося на форуме под провокационным, оскорбительным или нецензурным Ником. В этом и некоторых других случаях, модератор имеет право "забанить" подобных пользователей немедленно и без всякого предупреждения!!! В случае менее серьезных нарушений со стороны конкретного пользователя, модератор, прежде, чем заблокировать любого нарушителя, должен сделать ему персональное предупреждение через ЛС или в теме где это произошло и только после повторных нарушений Правил со стороны данного пользователя или его несогласия с предупреждением(советом) модератора, он может "забанить" игнорирующего Правила форума пользователя без всяких колебаний!!!

3. Основные обязанности модераторов форума «megasofts.org.ua»:

- Модератор обязан знать правила форума и его разделов.
- Модератор обязан помогать администратору в дальнейшем развитии форума, оказывать помощь пользователям "megasoft.3dn.ru" в чистке форума,закрытие тем, указывать на замеченные ошибки, как в тексте сообщений, так и в работе различных функций/скриптов сайта и т.д.
- Модератор обязан следить за подконтрольным ему разделом, согласно правилам форума, удаляя ссылки на другие ресурсы, если они не имеют прямого отношения к тематике форума или носят рекламный характер.
- Модератор обязан останавливать и/или удалять «флуд», «флейм», «спам», а также редактировать и/или удалять сообщения пользователей, если они нарушают любые правила форума.
- Модератор обязан закрывать явно глупые и бессмысленные темы. Не соответствующие тематике форума темы переносить в соответствующий раздел. Модератор обязан знать, что находится во всех других форумах, а не только на вверенном ему участке.
Если в названии темы или сообщения присутствует ошибка – модератор может ее исправить по своему желанию. Если тема или сообщение содержит «транслит», то модератор обязан её переименовать или удалить(на собственное усмотрение).
- Модератор обязан помнить о взаимовыручке (если он заметил нарушение в чужом форуме раньше своего коллеги-модератора, то обязан отправить ему Личное Сообщение, а если конкретный форум в настоящий момент не имеет своего модератора, то сообщить о замеченном нарушении непосредственно администратору, также через ЛС).
- Модератор обязан исключить возможность попадания сторонних лиц на форум под своим Ником и личным Паролем.
- Модератор обязан не разглашать любые личные сведения и прочую конфиденциальную информацию, которые стали ему известны о конкретном пользователе или о сайте в целом, благодаря занимаемой им должности, другим участникам форума и прочим лицам, никак не связанным с сайтом, без согласия самого участника или администратора сайта.
- Модератор обязан информировать администратора или главного модератора обо всех замеченных им спорных ситуациях и нарушениях.
